For 2025, there are 4 different options for you to be involved as a sponsor:

Mastering Shakespeare Sponsor – Cost: £1,000

  • Logo on all marketing materials relating to Mastering Shakespeare – posters and flyers
  • Logo on all social media ads
  • Mentions on all our social media posts relating to Mastering Shakespeare – across a 8 week period. Reach 16,000 local people
  • ‘Meet our sponsor’ post
  • Acknowledgement in all interviews
  • Opportunity to meet participants
  • Work with sponsor to meet own PR goals during sponsorship year


A Midsummer Night’s Dream Sponsor
 – Cost: £2000

  • Logo on all marketing materials relating to MND – posters and flyers
  • Logo on all social media ads
  • Mentions on all our social media posts relating to MND – across a 8 week period. Reach 16,000 local people
  • ‘Meet our sponsor’ post
  • Acknowledgement in all interviews
  • Full-page advertisement in the play programme
  • 10 complimentary tickets for a given performance night
  • Sponsors pre-performance reception
  • Opportunity to meet participants
  • Work with sponsor to meet own PR goals during sponsorship year


Supporter (sponsoring an individual night of the Festival)
– Cost: £500 per night

  • Logo on all marketing materials relating to the sponsored night – posters and flyers
  • Logo on all social media ads relating to the sponsored night
  • Mentions on our social media posts relating to the sponsored night – across a 8 week period. Reach 16,000 local people
  • ‘Meet our sponsor’ post
  • Full-page advertisement in the programme
  • 6 complimentary tickets for sponsored night
  • VIP backstage visit to meet the sponsored teams


Principal Sponsor (sponsoring both A Midsummer Night’s Dream and the Festival)
– Cost: £4,000

  • Sponsor of festival and A Midsummer Night’s Dream
  • Logo on all marketing materials – billboards, posters, banners and flyers
  • Logo on all social media ads
  • Mentions on all our social media posts – across a 8 week period. Reach 16,000 local people
  • ‘Meet our sponsor’ post
  • Acknowledgement in all interviews and in radio ads
  • Full page advertisement in the Festival and play programmes
  • 6 complimentary tickets for each festival night
  • 10 complimentary tickets for A Midsummer Night’s Dream
  • Present trophies to all festival winners
  • VIP backstage visits to meet the sponsored teams and play participants
  • Work with sponsor to meet own PR goals during sponsorship year
