Meet Our Adjudicator – Dr Tristan Marshall
We’re delighted to welcome Dr Tristan Marshall to the Isle of Man as our adjudicator for the MADF Easter Festival of Plays 2027.
Tristan has a real passion for theatre, bringing together a wealth of experience as a director, actor and theatre scholar. He is a former Artistic Director of Questors Theatre in London and has undertaken professional training with Shakespeare’s Globe and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Alongside his practical experience, Tristan holds a PhD in Jacobean theatre history from the University of Cambridge and is a member of the Guild of Drama Adjudicators (GoDA).
We’re looking forward to welcoming Tristan to the island, seeing him enjoy the wonderful variety of productions our teams have to offer, and hearing his thoughts and insights throughout the festival.
We wish all our participating teams the very best of luck and look forward to a fantastic week of theatre.
